# Question on teasers (gambling)

Let’s say that I think the Broncos are going to win the Super Bowl and win big. They are currently at +4. Most of the reading on teasers assumes that you want to buy point to give yourself more chance to win so I may buy 4 points and take Broncos +8 and of course I get a lower payout. But remember I thing they will win by at least a field goal so I want to lay points and take Broncos -3. That should result in a higher payout right?
