I HATE admitting it when I don’t get a punchline, but the joke of the t-shirt in the last panel is eluding me and I just want to know so I can get on with my day. Will someone put me out of my misery, please?

It’s a nudge at the fourth wall. Tsundere, as the TVTropes page points out, is a big trope in anime, especially romcoms, and the shirt is pointing out that Faye occupies that role in the Questionable Content cast.

I don’t know why but this made me giggle for 5 minutes straight. Not the idea, just the phrase “Jeph tweeted this morning in surprise” is just hilarious and brings up all kinds of odd pictures.
