All my gadgets except my kindle have been USB C for a while, now. While I use my Mac’s magsafe cable at it’s “home”, I am delighted that it can share the USB C chargers I was using for my Dell laptop, which also work for my phone, my switch, and other stuff. If I think I’ll need to charge the kindle, I just bring a micro-USB cable for it.
I have a 5 port charger from Amazon - 3x USB C and 2x USB A so I can charge everything at once
There are lots of 3-in-1 chargers available for the iPhone/Apple Watch/AirPods combo, including travel versions. Might not work if your AirPods are first generation, though, not sure.
