# Questions for Vietnam Vets about R & R

1. When you went to Australia or wherever, did you have to pay for your own lodging?
2. Did they put you in a hotel or barracks of sorts, or did you have to find a place on your own?
3. Did you have to pay for your meals?
4. Was travel time considered part of your R & R, or did R & R begin when you reached your  
destination?
5. Did any guys quietly go AWOL and disappear, and not return?
