I need it now! I’ve got chicken breast, mayo, and celery. I have other staples in the pantry.

Help me out please!

Pretty basic:

Chicken
mayo
grapes
walnuts or pecans
celery
good if spiced up a little with chipotle powder in addition to salt and pepper

I always add a few raisins and some cooked macaroni to lorene’s recipe. I also tend to use 1/2 mayo - 1/2 plain yogurt.

Mmmm mmm.

marinated chicken
Mayo
lemon juice
celery
green onions
(here is the only tricky part) pimentoes - but I suppose you could substitute finely chopped red pepper and it would be nice
salt
pepper

It’s how we make it at work, and it’s delish - in fact, it’s what I had for lunchies today.
