A crazy herky-jerky-jazz instrumental called _Five-Fifteen_, by the Henry Hall BBC Dance Orchestra, from 1933. It’s built around the notes B B C and the lyric in its entirety is: FIVE-FIF-TEEN! RAH-RAH-RAH! BEE-BEE-CEE DAHNCE OR-CHE-STRAH! (yeah, so I’m a little strange…) ---

Gee… At least mine are original. I’m alternating between the _Domine Fili Unigenite_ movement of the Vivaldi “Gloria,” which our choir is singing tomorrow night (I’ve had a particulary bad habit of singing the alto line at odd moments at work during the last 2 weeks…), and **Rockapella’s** _This Christmas Day_ . Yes, I have weird “earworms.” I’m weird in general, and proud of it! 😃 ---

Elvis’ “Kentucky Rain.” I spent some time today removing the thumps and clicks from an acetate of the master mix before strings, horns & backup vocals were added. It’s been hours, and it’s still going around and around in my head. Great song, though. ---
