I use Windows 2k Pro. Recently, my task manager has not been running properly when I call it up. It does not open “fully”. It is missing the three tabs that allow me to select whether to close an open window, a background process, etc.

I can only close the programs in the foreground. It is also missing the outer border of the window: the one containg the “x” to close the window. To close the (almost useless) task manager, I must right click on the icon in the lower right hand of the task bar and close it that way. What’s up. Anyone know how to fix/repair this? Or what causes it?

I originally thought it was just a glitch and tried rebooting, but its been this way for over a week.
