Mrvisible - Since you are having a very hard time grasping the simple words **“this is the exact reason I specifically stated “the typical teenager””** and **“I stick to my original comment that the blanket statement that “teenage years are the toughest” is a bullshit statement. It’s just not true”** I’ll just ask one question and cross my fingers that you can see beyond anecdotal examples long enough to answer.

**Can you provide one valid citation that proves the claim “the teenage years are the toughest” as fact?**

As I have said before, there are so many variables that there really would be no way to say, as a whole, one group has it tougher than any other. If you feel differently, prove it.

Oh, and JFTR, how many hobbies, er I mean. . . . kids do you have?
