I bet you could hide a screenshot in a details box. This was interesting! Not really more difficult than Wordle per se but definitely more complex. Part of the charm of Wordle for me is that it isn’t all that difficult and doesn’t take a significant amount of time to solve. Mr. Legend, unlike me, isn’t a puzzle person (he’s an electronics engineer, so he probably gets his fill during the workday), but he does the Wordle daily and then we compare them at night. This one takes enough more time that I suspect I’ll be doing them alone. ---

I play Sedecordle now and again and thought it worked the same way, but it doesn’t…I forgot that you have to put the whole word in each block to solve it, whereas with Sedecordle, if you hit the right letters in green, no matter which turn, it solves the words as you go along, if that makes sense. So, I thought I had Marry solved when I put Minor in to check the I, O, N for the other words and hit that M in the first spot (I already had the ARRY in green, in other words). ---

Octordle is the one I play. My first few words are aiming to put all the vowels out there for the daily game. The sequence game is solved one game board at a time and it gets easier as you move through the boards. ---

If you can play four words without a single repeating letter then all Wordle variants become trivial. I used: BATHS CRIME PUDGY FLOWN I quite like Antiwordle these days. It’s like Wordle, but the aim is to go as long as you can _without_ getting the answer. It’s tougher than it sounds. My record is 14 turns. ---
