Another big fan of _Mullholland Drive_. His portrayal of John Ford in _The Fabelmans_ was superb. His small parts like were frequently a joy. ---

Lynch’s _Twin Peaks_ series had a trans character, Denise, in 1993. Granted, she was played by David Duchovny, but still, it was a big deal for the time. ---
