This is absurd. If there is any evidence of Ted Kennedy’s drunkeness when the accident occurred, let’s have it. Otherwise, he’s not remotely a murderer. ---

Here I saw the title, and thought it was some nice woman you knew personally, and she died and it was very sad. I think your title was a bit misleading. Maybe Ted Kennedy is a murderer would’ve been better. ---

I’m also sure that more than a few panicky, narcissitic assholes would probably put self-preservation- including political self-preservation- ahead of reporting such an incident in a timely manner. there is no evidence that TK was drunk or that the accident itself was a result of negligence or malice on his part.
