A great awakening! All those Republicans suddenly wake up and say “Hey, fuck this shit! How about we build a just, fair and equal country and then be conservative about _that_! Yeah!” And Rachel Maddow…she of the swan’s neck, the girlish giggle and the steel-trap mind…well, her ratings soar, and Sean Hannity is seen standing by the freeway entrance with a sign saying “Will Lie My Ass Off For Food!”. Then the Republican Party drafts Bernie! Well, then I’d vote Republican! Probably cause me some internal hemorrhage… ---

The fact that Trump is at the head of the pack being hooted on by imbeciles, racists, and trailer-folk, is why I, personally, wouldn’t vote for a GOP candidate. They want to enact stupid laws, and as it happens, evil-laws like Trump is calling for. ---

Given their politics, that’s actually a smart move. And I plan on speaking out against him at every turn here or in real life about what a stupid idiot he is, and moreso if he gets the nomination. Its not much, but its better than supporting the guy or his racist followers. Its funny, I knew precisely that if I wrote that I don’t plan on “letting” him win, someone’s going to pop up and challenge me on how I plan on stopping him. Good thing for me there are probably a hundred million Americans who feel the same way And I don’t think its stupid at all to compare databases. I specifically did not mention that it was exactly like Hitler, I used the words “moving in that direction” for a reason. I knew if I said it was just like Hitler that I would be wrong, but it is in the same vein. Its one step down to a lot of bad stuff happening in the future and I cannot let that happen without speaking up. ---

I’ve been wondering if **chappachula** is going to nut up and address his lying. I went back to the transcript and did a quick search for “Hasan”. The name appears 23 times in the transcript. Yet, **chappachula** posted a long anecdote about his clear recollection that Maddow specifically avoided using the name. What gives? ---
