# Radio Days: The MMP

Did you echo crash 2-3 hours later? Obviously, getting carbs into your bloodstream is vital, but you also need a good burst of protein to mellow out the valleys sugars will cause. If your pizza had meat(s) on it along with the cheese, that may have been enough…

The gold standard advice is to eat peanut butter crackers, but YMWV. Cheese, meat, even refried beans will cover the protein element.

Spaz - hope you’re felling betters!

Sari - any word on the house?

We had a tragic loss this weekend. The _sob_ tv died. It’s been with us 19 years. We went through the stages of grief, of course. What do you mean there isn’t a picture? DH pushes same buttons I did. Sunny-son pushes the same button. No picture. Just… Black.

So we filled the void with shopping. And what do know? In 19 years, things have happened in the tv world! We can get Netflix without hooking cables to other cables to the PC! It’s a miracle! 😃
