I have friends attending today that are currently on the Metro trying to get to the rally, reporting that the Metro trains are leaving behind “100s of people” at each station because the trains are completely full. Hundreds of people seems a bit excessive to me, but that’s what they said. ---

Quite often trains come into stations completely full especially on big event days/weekends when there are much fewer trains running and they are coming further apart than usual (weekday rush hour trains come every couple of minutes; weekends and nights it can be as much as 15-20 minutes). ---
