Iā€™d estimate about 20% of the people were the way you described, while the remaining 80% of people can be described as: 1. Ignorant of the form. Some people have been able to avoid knowing about the census, even with the ads. 2. Legal immigrants who donā€™t trust that it is private and wonā€™t be used to boot them. 3.
