I don’t know about the remastered version, but I don’t see why it would be cut. It was on the syndicated version, I’ve been using that quote for decades.

I’m pretty sure I’ve only seen it in outtakes; I don’t recall it at all from when I was watching broadcast TV. (Back then, bits were routinely cut out to make more room for commercials.)
Well, your experience and mine are different. I have never seen out takes from that ep. It was a part of the show as aired.
