# Rank the dungeons in Zelda: Ocarina of Time from best to worst.

That’s as far as I ever got. I never got the hint about bombing the eyes. Since there was one of those time stones nearby, I kept thinking I had to get the time exactly right.

But if I go by Let’s Plays and speed runs, Jabu Jabu looks awesome. The rest seem tedious.

Sorry **Idle** , it’s been 20 years since I played this game, but I remember it fondly. I can’t rate the dungeons because, you know, 20 years. It took a couple weeks to figure out the water temple; something to do with a hidden switch. I also remember a desert temple towards the end of the game that really challenged me. I remember being so proud when I defeated Gannon. Ah, good times. Good times.

I loved that in _Wind Waker_ they made boots something you could assign to an “equip” button. Having to go into your inventory to change boots every time you wanted to sink or swim is part of what what made the Water Temple such a slog.

Hard to come up with a precise order, but my favorites were probably the Spirit Temple and the Fire Temple. Least favorites, the Water Temple and the first half of Jabu Jabu’s belly (once you get the boomerang it becomes much more about puzzle-solving and exploring and less about “AHHH jellyfish!”)
