The Prophets are certainly more powerful than Q. As a matter of fact, so are probably most of the others on your list. And let’s not forget about Apollo.

There was a character named “Nagilum” in the second-season _TNG_ episode “Where Silence Has Lease” who was powerful enough to open dimensional portals, warp space, kill Crewman Expendable with a thought, etc.
The movies are a good source. There was V’Ger (based on Nomad, who was pretty tough in its own right), the probe from the fourth movie, the “God” creature in the fifth movie.
And Jeri Ryan’s breasts have a symbiotic relationship, dependent for their power on a shared essence with Jeri Ryan’s ass.

Got to be the humans. Every time a nasty space beastie or time-space rift or whatever threatens the universe who always has to fix it? I mean, when was the last time the Romulans saved the universe?

And actually that character (IIRC) harkens back to the days of Kirk and Spock et al. The Next Generation eppisode was basically a replay of events that happened to the crew of the original series.
How about that midget guy on the glowing sphere of a space ship from the original series? Anyone remember him? His ship was immense, and he had a little scarry face mock-up to show people so they’d think he was mean and ferocious (which was featured at the end of the credits of the show, I think). He was pretty deadly.

Don’t forget the creatures of the TOS episode “Charlie X”. They were able to make a human powerful enough to destroy spaceships lightyears away with a thought, and they were evidently still more powerful themselves.

Gotta go with the others who say humans! Humans are weaker physically and mentally than most other species and yet they are able to overcome the most powerful of enemies.
Lets face it The Q fear humans for that reason.
