Again…you do realize that the date stamp on that video is March 18th, right? You might want to check the date stamp on today’s date and see if they are similar… (That said, I really couldn’t comment on whether or not Frank would enjoy a video that’s 11 days out of date. Of course, just listening to the first few minutes I see what he’s saying is contrary to what’s on that IAEA cite I liked to earlier wrt the plutonium.
