One of the odd things in all this, is how the defenders of the one true nuclear faith, or the nuclear deniers as I like to label them, for no other reason that is annoying and petty, is how they still seem to think of this as just a minor issue. “There have been 600 reactors built and run worldwide and only three times has there been a problem!!” Really? TMI is the first, Chernobyl the second, and ?? “You see? This is just the third time, out of six hundred reactors!” Really? Because I see four destroyed reactors, and two more damaged, and four more down the coast still out of action, which makes it 10 reactors at once. Which would be twelve times it’s happened. “No you fucking idiot! It all counts as one because it was the earthquake that caused it!” Ah, so you see ten reactors in trouble as just one reactor. And four exploded all to shit reactor buildings and leaking fuel and fires and radiation levels so high nobody can get near the place as just one reactor problem? “And nobody has died!!” Hmm … the problem is becoming clear now. ---
