He is saying “in nature everything is radioactive” which if you bothered to read your own link you would realize is true. There is no natural radioactive oxygen. Oh sure if you bombard oxygen with radioactive material from a NUCLEAR REACTOR you can make a little of it radioactive for a few seconds, or if you really fuck it up for a few minutes, but it DOES NOT FUCKING exist in nature. Kids, here it is again. Eating a banana, or any other food containing potassium, does not make you radioactive. No matter how many you eat. The potassium level in your body is self adjusting. the 5,000 radioactive decays an hour in your body from potassium are spread out over a huge amount of mass, and while it is natural background radiation, your body knows well how to repair such minor damage. But just a fraction a gram of real radioactive material, like from a reactor or spent fuel rods, causes local damage to your cells (if you breath it or eat it) on a level that is not only a million times higher, but all in one place, and your body has a lot of trouble with that. It’s why cesium and iodine and the really dangerous shit inside a reactor is so dangerous, and why we really don’t want nuclear material burning, exploding or steaming out of a nuclear reactor into your world. The hot spots recently found inside a metal pipe outside the reactor buildings are so dangerous if you just stand near it for a while you will die. If you stand right next to it you start to die right way. (and this is through thick metal pipe) That is the material that got out into the Japanese landscape, and while diluted and spread around, it’s still dangerous bad shit. (it came from venting the buildings through the stacks) Bananas on the other hand, will not hurt you. ---

OK you might get the shits, but the radioactivity of food is very very small. Not like the soil around Fukushima, which is so contaminated people can’t live there with out getting cancer. Guaranteed.
