I put myself around a 2 (short, fat, bald, and not particularly well-groomed), but calling my girlfriend a 7 would probably be on the low side. She’s not going to get a contract with Elite any time soon, but she walks into a room and draws serious looks from every man and lesbian/bi woman there. ---

I’ve never attracted any real female attention by sheer virtue of my looks but I’ve never scared any children or small dogs either so I gave myself a five. My wife gets hit on all the time so I’d score her a bit higher. Good thing she likes my personality 😃 ---

When I try? 10. OK fine, maybe 9. But seriously, when I try, I can give James Bond a run for his money. Then again, trying is so haaaaaaard… I have to plan when to shave so that I always have that rugged look, and… OK that’s all the work I put into my appearance. But being charming is annoying. So 7 normally. ---

I can’t really answer this. I know, from years of experience, that there is a class of women to whom I am quite attractive. It’s a small class, but I’m pretty consistently attractive to women in that group. To other classes of women, I don’t seem to be especially attractive. As to my partner, she’s not in that class. I have no idea why she’s attracted to me. She herself is very attractive. Tall, blonde, quite a bit younger than me, two Harvard degrees, great-looking, and so on. I really don’t get it. ---

I had long relationships with 3 women who came in 2nd in beauty contests, so I must have had something. I am only 5 ft 7 . When I married my wife she was about 115 lbs. She is almost double that now. So she is dropping down the list farther every year. Sorry but it is true. I am 67 so I may have lost a thing or two. I can not imagine what? ---

I forgot to mention, while I may be a zero, my wife is easily +8. The TV star she most closely resembles is Traylor Howard from Monk. ---

I’ve had people come up to me and tell me my wife is the most beautiful woman they’ve ever seen. So she’s a 10. I’m just a regular guy, but all things considered I’d rate myself a 7. So, wife is a +3. ---

Start with a 5. Lose 2 points for being short (5’6") Gain a point for being able to dance. Gain 2 for being intelligent, well-spoken, and charming Gain 1 for military service Lose 1 for occasional social awkwardness/offense Gain 1 for being fit and healthy I’m a 7. As I’ve said since I was little (heh): if I were taller, I’d clean up in this town. Damn. Then again, if a frog had wings, he wouldn’t bump his ass when he hops. The fiancee is extremely hot, though. She can’t walk across the bar alone without getting hit on. Sometimes, guys will be _me_ drinks just because they felt awkward once they realized I was with her. That just happened last Saturday, actually. It’s half the reason why she’s an actress/singer. The other half is talent and drive, of course. She’s an 8.5-9, easy. ---

When we got married, I think we would both have been maybe 7’s. I’ve aged better and he recently had to lose his striking and well groomed beard for work reasons, which dropped him a bit (sorry honey, the beard gave your face a distinction it now lacks). I put myself about a 6 (hard to tell what other people think as I’m nearly 50 and therefore invisible), and him a 5. Perfectly ordinary looks, not going to scare the livestock but nothing particularly interesting about either one of us at this point.
