# raw cocoa beans really raw or will they ruin?

Uhh, even if that incoherent rambling was true regarding Wikipedia, it’s equally true that non-paid non-lawyers patrol the topics and are free to edit the articles to be more factual anyway. Not to mention real scientific studies have shown Wikipedia to be as accurate as encyclopedias. :rolleyes:

As pointed out, it is not natural for humans to eat all their food raw because quite simply, our ancestors heated their food. That means our bodies cope with heated food a lot better and can digest it better, and \* that\* is what is “natural,” by definition.

Damn. I just searched for posts by **posskb** and unfortunately, that was the last he had to say here. I was looking forward to hearing more from him.
