Forget about any point that says about what women want. I wouldn’t argue on what women want. I would argue that WHATEVER they want, as long as it is mutually consensual, then it should be legal.
For example, let’s concentrate that women need to have a right to be prostitutes because, well, it’s her own body after all. I am not saying that most women want to be prostitute. I am not even saying that there is ANY women that want to be prostitute. I am saying that if they want to be prostitute, it should be legal because it’s their body-> their right.
My point is, if some women are attracted to that (and I know there are at least some), it should be their right.
As for whether rich males would afford their kids, well, as of the time I am writing, we can all agree that rich males spend more money for their children than poor males. That happens either through parental love or legal child support obligation. It’s the child of poor males that eat up welfare checks, spend governments’ spending, etc. If daddy is rich, either through child support laws or through consensual means, the daddy pays for most if not all of the childs’ expense. I am not using percentage comparison. I am not saying that rich daddy spend bigger “proportion” of their money for children. I am saying that richer daddy spend more dollar per child.
Should laws be there to force all daddy to support their child in case they don’t want to? I think there should be such laws. If there were such laws then there goes 99% of all social program and redistribution of wealth.
My point is, in any case, it’s much easier for society to “persuade” rich dad to put more dollar on his child than to persuade poor dad to put more dollar.
- No matter how much torture you put on poor dad, he’s not going to couch up money month for a child because he doesn’t have that month.
- Even without such laws, richer dads would spend more money on their kids anyway.
So with or without laws, richer dad spend more money.
Again I withdraw my argument about what women want. It’s very dificult to argue what women want when they do not have legal choices in the first place. Some would say no women want to share a male (anti polygamy). Some would say no women want to have sex outside marriage (religious conservative). Some say no women want to be prostitutes and anti prostitution laws protect women, and so on and so on. Some even say that women don’t want to be shared (anti polyandry). I would say all women should have all those legal choices, and then we’ll see how many women picks what path. What women want, is of course, what they choose and I presume it’s what’s best for them.
That being said, I know what males want. Young beautiful smart women in large quantity Anyone want to dispute that?
