Alcohol was illegal and the law was enforced by prudish people till a majority of people objected to the law and made alcohol legal. Not just alcohol, but many laws have been enacted by prudish people from voting to drinking to smoking to no shirts, no shoes, no service.
My point being that even as we speak marijuana is becoming a legal thing to do in public in the state of Washington and Colorado.
Bare female breast in public will become normal by say 2033 due to society, either right or wrong, is changing.
Lets say for example that female’s are finally able to expose their breast in public without threat of being arrested in the next twenty years.
What will the next set of laws be?
Females will not be allowed to touch or stimulate their breast in public.
Females will not be allowed to bounce or sway their breast in order to gain attention.
Females should not allow any portion of their upper torso to touch another male or female for any reason whatsoever.
But no way will we allow any little baby to hold onto or clasp and suck the very object of our desires in public.
Us men have to take a stand and put a stop to this female madness somewhere
Female modesty (at least in the west) is a product of women themselves.
Few men I have ever met would tell a woman to cover up. Most don’t care or would love to see bare breasts. Most women consider breasts to be sexual in nature as well and I suppose that much like men don’t really want to see and compare each others junk all the time while being nude that most gals don’t want to either. Personally, I’d love to walk around topless all day and feel a nice breeze on my skin >.> Damn lucky men
Wouldn’t just be easier to cover up the eyes of these men who can’t control themselves rather than forcing women to cover themselves from head to toe? It involves lot less material and gets to the very heart of the problem.
Depends on the jurisdiction, I suppose. But AFAIK, in the U.S., the caselaw is clear that a picture of a naked person is not pornographic without some other element – an intent to arouse, a lascivious display of the genitals, or something along those lines.

Please cite for merely topless women in pics being legally ruled pornographic under U.S. Obscenity laws, and any specific rulings. Or do you live somewhere else?
