# Re the Obamacare rollout debacle is there any article that lays out exactly what went wrong and how?

Just curious. Have not see any truly incisive article (yet) about what happened. Is it too early or are there any good analytical articles out there at this stage?

This WaPo [article](http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/challenges-have-dogged-obamas-health-plan-since-2010/2013/11/02/453fba42-426b-11e3-a624-41d661b0bb78_story.html) lays out the problems with the development process, but not so much the actual technical defects.

Well, the debacle is far from over, so any analysis would be incomplete.
