re: Pozzzz’s inquiry about eyelid twitching and the staff reply: Stress can certainly cause this, but so can a calcium deficiency, which is also implicated often in leg cramps. Calcium supplements would help. Tonic water, which contains quinine, can also put the kibosh on twitches and cramps.
