I don’t have a way to introduce the term directly, so I’ll tell the real story instead. I have as a Facebook friend a woman who I’ve known since first grade, and like me, her sense of humor is rather puckish and often self-deprecating as an adopted persona. Yesterday, she sent me an e-mail where she used the term ‘reconstruction’ as a synonym for ‘purtification’. I have now adopted it as my own. After turning purple from laughter. 😃 ---

She and her partner have been goombas of ours for ages! I once bought the shirt right off her back once at Phunfest! Use that event and she’ll make the connection right off the bat. She is a sweetheart of the first order. Most of us worked out beads or prayers or vibes overtime when she had the wreck and never was someone more celebrated than her when she made her return to Knoebels. My life-problems aren’t a pimple on all she’s gone through - I just wish I had half her class at dealing with them. ---

**Happy birthday, picu!** We went out for dinner last night with the guy who’s my coworker and one of the co-owners of our plane and his wife. We had Afghan. YUM! Now I get to look forward to leftover Afghan food for lunch! I’m bringing the pecan cake with the chocolate glaze in to work after lunch today. I’ll report back on how it tastes. Poor **Muppet**! I hope her arm heals up fast. ---

A very happy **un** birthday to you, **Picu**! 🙂 I’m thrilled that the US made it through to the next stage in the World Cup (Hey, I **am** a very long term ex-pat! The only team I’d support against that US would be the Israeli team.
