I do have the botcheckme plugin on my copy of firefox which scans for - you know- Russian twitter bots tweeting political propaganda. One would think that they would want to encourage that and maybe they do. As many times as you are getting this, I’m kinda wondering if you’ve been hacked, and someone is using your account without your knowledge, then deleting the stuff later. I’ve never been hit, though that may have more to do with having only 3 followers, none of them legit. ---

People, myself included, post cuss words and straight up porn on twitter all the time and no one cares. I use several tools for posting and monitoring on twitter because I am required to. Sometimes I do get some verification texts and emails but I’ve never had any problem. It might be due to automated activity, or in my case logging in from all over the world. But Ive also seen accounts banned for minor offenses while others go on. I’ve had one brand account I had to start over a couple times.
