# Real downloader

This used to work fine, but now it won’t work on either firefox or google chrome.

I have tried to fix it following the help guide, then downloading REAL again and nothing works. Help!

your browser  
is there an error message?  
if there is an error message, what is it?

XP-Firefox and Google Chrome- no error message , no nothing
