The whole, “Let’s talk about race, baby” vibe of DC is hilarious. Though to be honest, most of the SDMB race conversations make the DC housewives look positively enlightened. ---

So did the Salahis really just slip in the side door? And did they get into any trouble for the Congressional Black Caucus sneak in? Though they didn’t really get into any trouble for the State Dinner, despite the whole hearing, so I guess that’s not too surprising. These people are grade A losers. ---

I’m actually curious about why Ted Gibson is hanging out with these people and sneaking in. He clearly wants to build up his own brand but associating with the Salahis isn’t going to help him. ---

Yeah and unlike some of the other Housewives shows, these chicks don’t really have nice hair. If you’ve got a hairdresser as a BFF, I’d expect you to looking a little better than these girls are. ---

I’m stoked too. But I’ve been holding off on admitting it for so long. I’ve been wanting to make threads about the Housewives all summer but I figured the minute I did, it would get inundated with messages like, “I don’t even know who these people are,” “I don’t watch reality TV,” “Oh, I don’t even watch TV,” “I don’t watch _anything_, I’m having someone read this thread to me right now…” and so on. ---

What is up with Mary’s face, anybody? It looks so… overinjected all over, or something. I’ve discovered Michaele’s secret to success- just say “I love you!” to everyone when you greet them, over and over. It’s a psychological thing, I guess… Stoked to watch the RHONJ reunion. I see where Theresa “Twohead” Guidice claims that she can control herself, but after the table-flipping, the chasing of Danielle through the country club, and the shoving of the reunion host, I’m thinking this chick needs some anger management. Why, at the end of the last show, after Danielle and Caroline’s meeting, did they both go home claiming it was settled between them and over, when nothing seemed to be settled at that meeting- just more name-calling and accusations? ---

I’m 100% sure that’ll happen eventually, **Freudian Slit** – but I don’t, as they say, GAF. 😉 It doesn’t air in all time zones BUT Bravo does post it online in full the next day, so we could do it that way. Or if the people ahead in time zones have DVR, we could do a lil West Coast life sync. Dorky, but I do not even care. ---
