This keeps happening, doesn’t it? The leg of Jessica Medina was broken by Renato Suarez’s head while he was trying to retrieve his wife’s lost hat underneath the “Top Gun” roller coaster at Paramount’s Great America in 1998. Suarez died. Lawsuits unsued from both Medina and Suarez’s family. ---
