I hope that’s Chalabi There’s an article out called the [Text of Proposed Iraq Constitution](http://www.tuscaloosanews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20050822/API/508221093&cachetime=3&template=dateline) It’s more of an outline than anything; perhaps the product of a too quick translation? The numbering system is screwed up, and several articles seem to be missing from the draft.
