In a packed parking lot you almost always have to back out blindly. I go as slow as possible to give pedestrians and drivers time to react but I still have idiots honk at me as they fly past instead of sacrificing 5 seconds of their lives to let me out. If I’m the one with the right of way I always watch out for parked cars and give people room to back out. ---
