[Creamy Frozen Lemon Dessert](http://www.adventuressheart.com/2013/05/creamy-frozen-lemon-dessert.html). Sounds nummy - homemade lemon curd blended into whipped cream and then frozen, with a blueberry sauce on top.

You know, I foresee that within a few days, some other blogger is going to be touting a recipe sounding similar - You take a jar of [lemon curd](http://www.dickinsonsfamily.com/products/fruit-and-creme-curds/lemon-curd), and defrost a tub of [Cool Whip](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cool_Whip), fold in the lemon curd and portion into individual muffin liners and freeze, then get a can of [blueberry pie filling](http://www.duncanhines.com/products/fillings-toppings) for the presentation …

[though I think orange curd, with a chocolate sauce sounds interesting:p]
