# Recipes for One Big Frying Pan

Dirty Rice

1/2 lb breakfast sausage  
1/2 onion, diced  
1/2 bell pepper, diced  
Cajun seasoning, to taste  
Salt and pepper, to taste  
Cooked rice

Brown the sausage with the peppers and onions. Season with the Cajun seasoning. Stir in the rice.
