# Recommend a Comptia A+ 2006 guide

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good book covering the new Comptia A+ objectives? I had my heart set on [this](http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0072263113/ref=pd_rvi_gw_3/104-0332288-5387927?ie=UTF8), as I enjoy Michael Meyers’ instructional style, but I’d like to be well underway before this book is published. I have the 2003 objectives books by Jean Andrews, but it seems too much like a crash course and I’m not doing this for test results (I feel sure I could get the 2003 certs right now if I tested for them) but for _understanding_. Jean Andrews gives me that “don’t worry your pretty little head about it” tone, and I’m not looking for another book like that.

Can anyone recommend a good book that covers the new objectives?
