I need to make some calls to Europe from the US. Seeing the rates my LD company charges, I figured I’d be better off doing it using a calling card. A friend recommended [www.3278.com](http://www.3278.com), but they seem a little shady, indicating that the per minute rates are valid only when all the minutes are used on a single call. I called their customer service and they told me that some minutes would be lost for additional calls, but they were unable to give me specifics. I also found some Usenet posts indicated that the rates had been drastically changed after someone made a purchase.

Can anyone recommend a website where I can purchase inexpensive calling cards?

Thanks.
