I’m looking for a new yoga DVD to exercise now that it’s the off season for running. I have P90X, but the yoga DVD is too long for every day use. I like the pace and style of it, but I could use something closer to 45 minutes.

Any recommendations?

I really enjoy the “Crunch” one I found at the Goodwill. PM me your address and I’ll mail it to you if you’d like - I was doing it at lunch here at work but they’ve since re-appropriated the room I was using and now I have nowhere to do it and I never do it at home. The case is chewed up (my dog got ahold of it, LOL) but the DVD itself is fine.

I am quite fond of Alan Finger’s yoga DVD line, which is called YogaZone. They are usually around an hour though, not sure if that is too long for you. There’s a large variety of types. One example of a collection is [here](http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Zone-Ultimate-Collection-Finger/dp/B00006SFKH).
