# Recommend games for a 6-year-old

My 5-year-old nephew loves to play go fish, war and Uno.

He also loves Pokemon Snap for the N64, and Monster Rancer 2 for the playstation, but I don’t know if you would want to encourage that. Kids seem so focused on the TV as it is.

I’m having trouble remembering being six, but is he perhaps ready for **Risk**?

If you’ve got another player or two: **Apples to Apples: junior**? **Hare & Tortoise** is a surprisingly deep game that seems like kids could grasp it. (a.k.a. **Hase und Igel** (sp?)  
**Connect Four** , **Clue** …???

hmm… tough question…
