I’m also recommending See’s. I like Sees’ much better than Godiva because they are smoother and melty-er (meltier?), also bigger and less expensive. I believe they have a larger variety, too. Also there is a place in Houston called Andre’s- I think it a “Swiss” resteraunt (ha ha, like the Swisss actually cook and eat) that makes excellent bon-bons, but I don’t think you can buy them on-line or anything. ---

The Chocolate Fetish, based out of Asheville, NC, has _amazing_ truffles that they’ve won many awards for. Their focus is on doing traditional, very high-quality chocolate (though they do have a red wine truffle and a wasabi truffle, both of which are quite good). They also ship anywhere in the U.S. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m fairly certain they have a website, but I’m not about to Google “chocolate fetish” here at work. 😃 ---

Oh, man, when I went to San Francisco last year for spring break, I happened upon a fine little chocolate truffle store called XOX Truffles. Some of the best chocolates I’ve ever had.
