# Recommend me an engineering forum

Hi, not sure if this is the right place, certainly not a GQ topic.

Just wondering if someone could recommend a good engineering forum, particularly one that deals in mining methods or geo technical problems? I’m stumptified trying to find one that might be able to help.

I’m sure the learned minds here might be able to assist but it’s a very technical work problem.

I haven’t read or posted there in years, but [eng-tips.com](http://eng-tips.com) seems to still be pretty active in general.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t post somewhere else, but I’m constantly surprised by the range of technical knowledge here. Can’t hurt to give an ask.
