# Recommendation needed for a free/open source Flash development tool

I need to develop a simple website which should include two animated objects and want to use Flash. I have no experience with Flash, but I’m a programmer with knowledge in Delphi, C/C++, C# and SQL and have done some web development with [ASP.NET | Open-source web framework for .NET](http://Asp.net/C#). Since I need the website to go online soon, I’m looking for a free Flash development tool for which I don’t have to invest too much learning to be able to develop simple animations. So far, I’ve found [Flex builder](http://www.adobe.com/products/flex/flex_framework/) and [FlashDevelop](http://www.flashdevelop.org/wikidocs/index.php?title=Main_Page), but wanted to ask the SDMB for recommendations before installing and testing the tools.

Ideally, the tool I’m looking for wouldn’t require a deep knowledge and understanding of code and syntax, and would enable me to develop those animations graphically, because as I said, I don’t have that much time to set up the website.
