I want to post photos so friends/family can view them on the internet. Sounds simple enough. I just found [albumtown.com](http://albumtown.com) on a google search, looks good w/50MB of storage to start, but before I load my photos I was wondering if there’s anything you all would suggest. I prefer this be free, i know i’ll probably have a banner ad along the bottom-no problem. I’d like to have enough storage so i can store more than a couple photos, how many?? Who knows. Right now 100 at least and then more in the future and since i have dial-up i don’t want to have to switch to a different one in the future too soon, because the upload times are attrocious. I know, i ask a lot but there’s got to be something close to this. Is anyone using something good? I’ve used Yahoo way back when, but …there’s got to be something newer and improved. ---

Check out [this site](http://www.myfamily.com/isapi.dll?c=Home&htx=LoginFrontMember). I think you can still post a limited number of photos for free, but if you need any space, there is a fee. ---

Not a specific recommendation _per se_, but you can look through [here](http://www.free-webhosts.com/free-image-hosting.php) for a listing of free image hosting websites along with summaries of each site’s limitations (max. number of photos, max. file size, etc.) and some user reviews. ---

[www.iownjoo.com](http://www.iownjoo.com) silly name, great service, and super easy to use. free image hosting (paid accounts are also available, if you need it) with no watermarks, banners, ads or bandwidth limitations, although you are limited to jpegs 120k & under, and you must use free accounts regularly or they get deleted. ---

I just signed up, and just paid the $3 so I wouldn’t have to worry about inactivity. Seems like a pretty good deal. Thanks for the tip.
