# Recycling update article

I recently read an article on recycling. After doing so, I checked the files and saw that Cecil had written something in 2000:

Interestingly, this updated article by John Tierney pretty much confirms what Cecil wrote back in 2000. Mr. Tierney is the person referenced in Cecil’s 2000 write-up. The recent article can be found here.
