Not everyone has the financial resources to “just buy a house”. In case you haven’t been following the news for the last few months, a number of financial institutions are currently experiencing some problems because they gave mortgages to people that they couldn’t really afford. (Which brings up another point; I assume that you are opposed to all the government bailouts being thrown about because those institutions did not “reasonably foresee” that so many people might end up defaulting on their loans.) ---

Post a minority opinion, stick to your guns, and sooner or later someone always starts making accusations of trolling. Then we get these fifteen page pile-ons where the Usual Suspects try, over and over, to get the latest Bad Guy to fall for their rhetorical tricks. Disagree with the Dope? Based on the available evidence, any reasonable jury would otherwise return a conviction, in short order, for the crime of irredeemable stupidity. And if it makes you feel better, I’ve never thought _you_ were a troll. ---
