The Curse is officially over! While there is a thread in the Pit touching this, that is, after all, a Pit thread. This can just be a celebration thread!! Even non-Boston fans (like me) can celebrate with Red Sox Nation!

Yeah! Something could still happen! It’s the Red Sox, man.
There could be a forfeit. Steinbrenner could do something.
This feel weird. It’s like the opposite of failure. Like success…ful? Is that even a word?

Yeah, after the ALCS I felt that until inning four of game three of the World Series there was still a chance the Yankees could somehow come back and win it.
But I think we’re safe 🙂
(and this whole not being the underdog thing, being the fav -vor - rit?, is a tad difficult to get used to (even with the Pat’s priming the pump)
