This could mean so many things: 1. **Liberal** is very ill and doesn’t have long to live. 2. We’re _all_ going to die because of a nuclear holocaust or the Rapture or something. 3. **Liberal** isn’t going to renew his SDMB subscription but the man behind the words will live on. 4. It’s going to be one of those fake internet deaths ala **WallyM7**. 5. The hijack of all hijacks in a thread complaining about hijacks. 6. Some kind of metaphoical hoo-ha that’s over all of our heads. or my actual choice 1. Drama queen bullshit. Maybe **Liberal** will illuminate us. ---

I have no desire to turn this into a referendum on the accuracy of his statement. Many people appear to feel that the medium of a message board absolves all manner of crass and repulsive behavior. I don’t quite understand the whole **Liberal** issue. I’ve been hanging around here for nearly five years now, and participating in threads everywhere except Great Debates, and I just can’t seem to muster the same kind of anger towards Lib that so many others seems to harbour. Liberal, my sympathies (although you say you don’t want or need them, you have them anyway). ---
