Some of them are here now- maybe you could let them know the rules. ---

On the surface the bill seems very innocous and fairly implemented(I found a house comittee summary and cited it). Assertions have come up that employers who choose to offer comp time are now using taict pressure to ensure the employees take the comp time instead of the extra cash from overtime. The threat of being terminated seems to be the major pressure method. It is getting interesting, but yea, **Reeder’s** presentation of the issue(and the article he cited) seemed more partisan than balanced.
