The option I want is not on the list. Yes, the thread should be allowed. No, not for Cesario.

I am not against having a thread about pedophilia or any other “disease”. What I am against is giving someone with a history of dropping provocative comments all over the place a time under the limelight. He has already had enough chance to promote his views.

Then again, CS and GD are full of redundant threads, so maybe the damage is not unbearable.

I don’t care for the idea of it, and it has nothing to do with the poster personally. I could just filter him, but I’d like to filter threads related to sympathizing with pedophiles. There are far too many of us here who survived a childhood where it was an issue. It’s still painful, and I don’t really care to hear details, and I especially don’t want to hear justification or anyone looking for acceptance “as long as they aren’t acting on it”, because I’ve known two pedophiles who claimed they weren’t acting on it but we knew better. Unfortunately _we_ were too young to understand it when _we_ were exposed to it.
